Jennifer Brown is a senior Burarra fibre artist from the Maningrida region, recognised for her large-format pandanus mats that display exceptional technical precision and complex colour work. She harvests and prepares ngarakáya (Pandanus spiralis) leaves, dyes them using natural pigments sourced from her clan estate, and weaves them into radiating patterns of deep cultural and spiritual significance.
